Pursuant to Charter of Organization and Operation of Vietnam Select Equities Investment Fund (VFMVSF), VFMVSF is pleased to announce to investors the organization of the Annual General Meeting of Financial Year 2021 in the form of written consent.

Time for voting: From March 11, 2022 until 17:30pm, April 01, 2022.

Eligible voting note: is the voting note received by DCVFM before 17:30pm, April 01, 2022 and met the criteria stated in the voting note.
