Attend by sending voting note: Investors send voting note from March 20, 2024 until 5:30PM, April 9, 2024. Eligible voting note is the voting note received by DCVFM before 5:30PM, April 9, 2024 and met the criteria stated in the voting note.

Proxy of Authorization:

Investors who may not attend the meeting should authorize another person to participate/represent himself/herself by filling the authorization form and fax to DCVFM via fax no. (84-28) 38251489 before April 8, 2024 then send the original copy to DCVFM.
