Pursuant to the current Charter of DCVFMVNMIDCAP ETF (FUEDCMID), the ETF DCVFMVNMIDCAP (FUEDCMID) hereby notifies Investors of the organization of the Annual Investor Meeting for the fiscal year 2023 in the form of written consent.

DCVFM cordially invites Investors to participate in voting on matters related to the Annual Investor Meeting for the financial year 2023 of the ETF DCVFMVNMIDCAP Fund (FUEDCMID).

Resolutions and minutes of the Meeting will be announced on the DCVFM’s website after the conclusion of the Meeting.

Voting period: from March 19, 2024, to April 15, 2024.

Valid voting notes are those received by DCVFM before 5:30 PM on April 15, 2024, and meet the criteria provided under the Voting Note.
