Direct attendance: Investors confirm attendance by dialing (84-28) 38251488 or email address cskh@dragoncapital.com before September 28, 2023.

Attendance by voting note: Investors send voting note from September 05, 2023 until 17:30pm, September 28, 2023. Eligible voting note: is the voting note received by DCVFM before 17:30pm, September 28, 2023 and met the criteria stated in the voting note.

Proxy of Authorization:

Investors who may not attend the meeting should authorize another person to participate/represent himself/herself by filling the authorization form and fax to DCVFM via fax no. (84-28) 38251489 before September 28, 2023 then send the original copy to DCVFM. The authorized person must present ID when attending the meeting. The authorized person is not allowed to re-authorize to a third party.
