– Pursuant to the Resolution of the 1st Extraordinary General Meeting, Financial Year 2023, 2nd Time of DCBC fund on September 29^th, 2023.

– Pursuant to License No. 364/GCN-UBCK issued on October 17^th, 2023 on adjusting the Certificate of registration to establish a public fund.

Dragon Capital Vietfund Management (hereinafter referred as Dragon Capital) has changed the new name for DC Blue Chip Fund (DCBC) as DC Dividend Focus Equity Fund (DCDE)

The new investment strategy and new name of the fund will be effective from the issuant date of the license; however the display of the fund’s name and related reporting data and transaction processes will take time to be reflected into the system. The update process is expected to be completed by November 10^th, 2023. Therefore, between now and November 10^th, investors can still use the old name or new name to place trading orders. Dragon Capital will soon provide detailed instructions on trading and account checking while waiting for the update to be finished.

By this announcement, Dragon Capital also commits that the operation of the funds as well as the investment data will not be affected by the change of the fund’s name.
