Dragon Capital Vietfund Management (DCVFM) (formerly known as Vietnam Investment Fund Management Joint Stock Company (VFM) would like to thank you for your cooperation and support over the years. With the rapid development of Vietnam capital market, DCVFM and Dragon Capital have decided to come to a comprehensive cooperation agreement for mutual development. Through this, we will continue to expand our presence in Vietnam and strengthen our commitment to creating new investment solutions for our clients. We would like to inform about the change of the company name with specific details in this link.
From the effective date (known as Renaming Date) of the new name, we respectfully request our customers and partners to use the updated information for transactions, issuing payment invoices to our company.
The change of name does not affect transactions, relationships, rights and obligations as well as the performance of business contracts signed before the Renaming Date with old information. We are fully support upon your request to sign annexes for existing contracts to update the new company name.
