VFMVSF – Voting for The Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Investors of Financial Year 2022

Pursuant to the Charter of Vietnam Select Equities Investment Fund (VFMVSF), VFMVSF is pleased to announce to investors the organization of the second Extraordinary General Meeting of Financial Year 2022 in the form of written consent.

DCVFM would like to invite investors to vote for the Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Investors for Fiscal Year 2022 of the Vietnam Select Equities Investment Fund (VFMVSF).

All documents and materials can be found in the Investor Relations – Fund Calendars section on DCVFM’s website at https://dragoncapital.com.vn.

The resolution will be published after consolidating the voting result.

Time for voting: From January 05, 2023, until 17:30, January 16, 2023.

The eligible voting note must be received by DCVFM before 17:30, January 16, 2023, and meets the criteria stated in the voting note.
